Ivy Manor 6: Pony Girls In Training

Pony play, well I am an equal opportunity letch and I'm generally down with anything that allows for awesome accessorization. Add in the fact that I love GwenMedia's productions and honestly couldn't remember the last time I indulged that love with a movie from their collection and you arrive at "Ivy Manor 6 - Pony Girls In Training."

Two mistresses, one fleeing the hectic schedule of the urban life and one country girl, enter into a bet where the loser and her pony go to the winning mistress. I totally loved it when they started outfitting their ponies with wrist bands and horseshoes! Those white horseshoes were especially awesome but they must have been horrible to walk in on the gravel.

There's a lot more than just pony play on display with this film. There's maid discipline, rubber fetish, breath play, tons of corsetry and a little robe bondage thrown in for good measure. I actually liked that there was more than moments spent in the coral in this film as I need a little more than pretty prancing and pony training to hold my attention.

I really love the way that GwenMedia mixes plot in with their scenes, managing to tell a full nuanced story while still knocking the viewer's socks off with lots of steamy content. At no point do I feel like the plot of "Ivy Manor 6%u2033 was compromised in favor of the fetish or that the fetish was compromised in favor of the plot, there's a heaping helping of both that strikes a really delectable balance. It's not something many other studios have managed once or twice let alone again and again.

The competition is a lock as one pony girl just can't seem to show off to her best and her mistress forfeits so now it's her turn to go through pony training! This was a remarkably fun film, full of awesome gadgets and bits, beautiful women and a touch of discipline mostly in and out of the sunlit day. It was a short intro into pony play so no one went for a pony ride and there were no pony driven carts but still a very fun look into pony play.

This tale of pony girls in competition is cute enough but the dialogue between the mistresses is pretty uninteresting.

It's shot in very bright sunlight, which makes the cast look blown out in spots and the sound of planes flying overhead is left in. Needless to say, a bit distracting. The decision is also made to have the pony girls line up behind a white fence that blocks a good first look at their outfits entirely. We don't get to see any lasting, continuous shots of the girls in the outfits until the ponies misbehave and are frolicking - but then they are moving around too much anyway to give a good view of things.

A naughty pony gets punished with tit clips and labia weights, hit with a crop and flogged while she is bound with rope. The camera work here is shaky in places, but it's a nicely done scene. Another bad pony wearing blinders gets flogged outside but little of the effect of this is visible due to the very bright sunlight. Things get better when the girl is put in various restrictive latex ensembles by Isabella Sinclaire and to prance on a leash.
